Hello!
First, please accept my sincere appreciation for you making the time to look at my website. Our most precious resource is our time. You've already invested time here, and I'm grateful! I've done my best to provide value for you here.
I'd like to share a quick story...when I was 16, my dad played an "inspirational" tape (yes - we had tapes back then) while we were driving together one day. A deep, friendly, confident voice rolled out of the speakers; Earl Nightingale's enchanted words and advice moved through the air. I was instantly hooked, and felt a deep passion for success and personal development ignite. I began investing in "inspirational" programs...eventually attending several live events with Tony Robbins and Wayne Dyer, both of whom I met. Before long, I set goals to move life forward, graduating from Colorado State University with honors in Liberal Arts in 3.5 years, getting married, starting a family and entering the business world (all by age 21). I lived and practiced the principles from these great people...and pursued life. And now I am sharing it with you and everyone I can!
My friends and family say I'm like a "sponge"; absorbing anything and everything I find interesting and useful. I study constantly, reading several books a month, and feeding my brain with deep concepts. In 2014 I realized it had been several years since checking out Tony Robbins. I visited his website and downloaded a free copy of "Re-Awaken the Giant Within". As I read the book I became super excited to realize how much Tony had influenced the last 25 years of my life! I became even more hungry to reabsorb and update myself with "everything Tony" I could get my hands on - and myself into - attending Unleash The Power Within (for the 4th time), Date with Destiny, Business Mastery, graduating from Tony Robbins' Mastery University, and graduating from the Tony Robbins Leadership Mastery program. Formally, I completed my coach training at Robbins-Madanes Training under my teachers Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Mark Peysha, and Magali Peysha. I am a Master certified Strategic Intervention Coach. I've had the privilege of attending seminars and master coaching sessions directly with Cloe Madanes. I've also studied with Keith Cunningham: The 4 Day MBA (graduate), How to Buy (or Exit) a Business (graduate), and Plan or Get Slaughtered (graduate). Needless to say, I've heavily invested time, money, and energy to build expertise in personal development and business! For 34 years, I've studied and applied life and business strategies with great success, even through the failures.
I'm a third generation entrepreneur, businessman, and investor, and 30 years into my career. For me, business is the ultimate spiritual and intellectual game. Business is an incredible way to impact lives by loving and serving to our highest potential. I've started, invested in, built, and sold multiple businesses (contact me for private information about these). As with anything, there's been some great lessons and "dumb taxes" paid that are the most useful experiences. Fortunately, my experiences are overall very positive. I'm currently invested in 23 businesses and on 14 company boards and 3 foundation boards.
The bulk of my professional experience has been interacting with people in all aspects of life. I help people breakthrough to new standards of fulfillment and success. Together we focus on and execute successful strategies. At least 80% of what is needed is psychological in nature. Often, problems and distractions have nothing to do with work and are very personal in nature. Of course I've faced my own share of issues and challenges! Fortunately my exposure to and studies of human performance has lead to the ability to accomplish excellent results...I'm passionate about creating strategies for you to breakthrough, grow, evolve, and flourish!

What IS My Professional code of Ethics and Confidentiality?
Confidentiality agreement is included in the coaching agreement you will sign as a client.
I abide by the International Coach Federation Code of Ethics as follows:
"Part One: Definition of Coaching
Section 1: Definitions
Coaching: Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
A professional coaching relationship: A professional coaching relationship exists when coaching includes a business agreement or contract that defines the responsibilities of each party.
An ICF Professional Coach: An ICF Professional Coach also agrees to practice the ICF Professional Core Competencies and pledges accountability to the ICF Code of Ethics.
In order to clarify roles in the coaching relationship, it is often necessary to distinguish between the client and the sponsor. In most cases, the client and sponsor are the same person and therefore jointly referred to as the client. For purposes of identification, however, the International Coach Federation defines these roles as follows:
Client: The “client” is the person(s) being coached.
Sponsor: The “sponsor” is the entity (including its representatives) paying for and/or arranging for coaching services to be provided.
In all cases, coaching engagement contracts or agreements should clearly establish the rights, roles, and responsibilities for both the client and sponsor if they are not the same persons.
Part Two: The ICF Standards of Ethical Conduct

Whenever the facts and circumstances necessitate, I will promptly seek professional assistance and determine the action to be taken, including whether it is appropriate to suspend or terminate my coaching relationship(s).
5) I will conduct myself in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics in all coach training, coach mentoring and coach supervisory activities.
6) I will conduct and report research with competence, honesty and within recognized scientific standards and applicable subject guidelines.
